I am French and I am making a visual novel. This is my first project of this kind and I hope you will enjoy it. I care a lot about this project. I spend between 4 to 12 hours on it every day!
Why did I start this visual novel?
It's simple, I searched a lot for visual novels on the internet, but none really resonated with me; they were too 'tame,' the stories were too 'simple.' Not intricate enough. I like complex stories, having to think, I like not understanding everything at the beginning, I like it when the creator plays with us. In short, I found no visual novel up to my expectations! So I thought to myself, 'Why not create my own visual novel?' I know how to code, so all that's left is to learn 3D! And that's how it started! And I must say, I'm rather proud of it :p

My aim is to shape this tale much like a film, inviting players to abandon the notion of selecting a specific heroine to guide their journey. Instead, I hope they allow themselves to be carried by the narrative thread, immersing themselves in every twist and turn. I am well aware that the majority of visual novels do not tread this path, but my desire is to tell a complex and nuanced story that goes far beyond romantic interactions with certain characters.
For those seeking a purely erotic experience, this visual novel will not meet their expectations. Personally, I have little interest in crafting a story solely for its erotic aspect.
This work is characterized by violent, macabre elements, and at times, unsettling occurrences, borrowing traits from cinematic films. If I were to paint a portrait of the plot, it would be a blend of "Game of Thrones," where the unpredictable reigns, "Shutter Island," for madness, while also adding a touch of "Inception". The entire narrative unfolds in a dystopian world where aggressiveness prevails among the majority.
This story does not target a broad audience; rather, it represents an intimate connection between my creativity and the power of text. Expect painful losses, uncertain initial comprehension of the tale, but I assure you that each element will find its place, ultimately giving profound meaning to the entirety.

It starts off well but then becomes increasingly tedious and dull. That’s just my opinion, but from the end of Chapter 3 onwards, it gets so bizarre that it’s no longer fun to play—it just feels like a chore. Unfortunately, the demo doesn't show that. It’s a waste of money. A straightforward zombie apocalypse would have been great, especially given how the story begins, but the whole psychological nonsense makes it increasingly stupid. The same goes for the inability to make important decisions: you’re forced to keep characters alive—even if you don't want to—who later go on to kill other characters you actually care about. You’re forced into a relationship with someone you have no interest in, regardless of the psychological backstory. Then, characters' appearances change, making them uninteresting to me personally. You spend time searching for someone who was important in the early story, only to find out later that she’s actually dead (assuming this isn't just another psychological mind game). On the positive side, the graphics and animations are excellent. People who enjoy themes of psychological manipulation might love it, but I’m rather disappointed. I’m in Chapter 4 now and finding it a real struggle to follow the story, as I feel there’s no real incentive to keep playing. I don’t know what’s coming next, but I’m currently struggling with it and just needed to get these thoughts off my chest. To be fair, I’d personally give the game a 5 out of 10 so far. I’ll keep playing it, if only because I’ve already bought it. I might write another update once I’ve finished it to share my final verdict. I hope this helps some of you.
Okay, I’ve finished it, and knowing there’s a sequel, I think the ending works well. There were a few things I hadn't expected and some parts that were really convoluted, but all in all, it’s a solid ending for a game with a sequel. That said, I still find it a bit too convoluted—though that’s just down to my personal preference. Ultimately, I’m giving the game an 8 out of 10 as an objective rating. Even if I don't understand why they had to change the appearance of some of the characters.
Yes, the idea is good, but I would make it a little smoother and less defensive:
This kind of comment is actually quite understandable: someone who buys the game mainly expecting to “survive a zombie apocalypse” may indeed be surprised when they realize that the zombies are ultimately just one part of something much more psychological.
With a story like this, even the smallest detail shown in the demo could completely spoil the very concept of the game and its storyline.
I also find it very interesting that you wrote your first comment before finishing Chapter 4, giving the game a 5/10, and then ultimately raised it to an excellent 8/10 after completing it. It probably shows that some things that initially seemed absurd or frustrating make more sense once you reach the end.
So in the end, I actually find your comment very interesting and quite positive.
If you ever play through the game again, I encourage you to make different choices. The different story branches are connected to one another, and to fully understand 100% of what is happening, it is better to experience several of them.

This scene can only be unlocked in December in real life. It was a Christmas event.
Not only is this possibly the best game ever made IMO, it is also now finished! That is a feat in itself.
It seems that almost no game ever gets finished anymore and this game is much more complex and fantastic than most others out there. It shows what can be accomplished if the developer is dedicated enough.

It's hard to answer that question. But... SPOILER: Throughout the story, the main characters do not die, no matter what happens. The main characters important to the story are: Sophie, Vicky, Eva, and Linda.

If the scene is hidden, it's because it's an 'out-of-story' scene that shouldn't be considered part of the main storyline. So I didn't create a solution to unlock this type of scene. Only Patreon VIP+2 members can unlock these scenes immediately without needing a walkthrough.

Sorry if the following is already known to you, but I wanted to mention it if not: It is still possible to redeem Steam keys for adult games in Germany and itch.io is to my knowledge the only bigger shop where such keys can be bought directly from creators. I totally respect your choice to not include a key for another platform for sales on here, but I‘m always glad if I can add a game to my Steam library and let it handle updates. Many providers on Itch.io offer a Steam key directly with the purchase. Then you can either download it from itch.io or via Steam. I think it's a perfect solution and you can also redeem the key in countries where it's not officially available on Steam.

Looks like it has potential but the demo is so short I'm not really driven to buy it. Maybe eventually I'll get bored and take a shot at it. Too short demos or no demos are the best way to ensure I wont bother buying something. Too many bad games out there, and I don't wanna $16 on a game I hate. Did that one time, never again.

I prefer to keep the demo compact rather than show too much and risk spoiling the story (which is quite complex).

I understand the strategy. I've just been burned enough by demos misrepresenting the over quality of the game. Like movie trailers that only show the good parts and the rest sucks. The best ones are demos that let you play from the beginning and then stop at some point after you've invested into the game and care about the characters. If you want to you can give a preview section later. I don't know or care about any of the characters in the demo, so I'm not invested. A good story is like crack for me and I have no choice but to pay for it to keep it going.
I'm not trying to convince you, far from it , but the scene in the demo is far from the best part of the game.
It's simply a moment that doesn’t reveal too much. The story is the real strength of the game, and I think that’s why it’s been so appreciated.
Even revealing a tiny piece of it would ruin all the suspense.
If you felt the demo was too short, that’s actually a good sign . it means time flew by :p
Spending $20 for a story over 8 hours long, created by a single person working 4 hours a day for 2 years... doesn't seem too expensive to me.
Anyway, you might be missing out on a story you'd really love, just because of bad past experiences. That would be a shame :p

Why is the Android version $4 less than PC/Linux/Mac? Content differences?
Mobile games are always cheaper. In addition, images and videos are heavily compressed.
The PC version is around 6 GB, while the Android version is 1.8 GB.
If you uninstall the Android version from your device, you will lose your save files.
A few small features are not available on the Android version, such as searching for characters by name in the encounter menu.
Several small drawbacks led me to lower the price of the Android version. Make sure to choose the "Ultimate" version to get access to the latest release.

For this option, you only have the old Android version. You need to take the "ultimate" version to get the latest update for PC, macOs or Android.

I am sure if you even made it here, you probably know what you are doing 🤓, but if you have NEVER played this game, I have to say... this may be the BEST games ever made (your opinion may vary). It does start out a little confusing 🤔 but it gets better and better really fast. As the story goes on, you will realize that the confusing part is intentional 😏. I bought this game twice (a real bargain) but now I just support Davy Croquette since I knew I was always going to want the new version of this game 🤩.
